The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The lack of blackout curtains made it challenging to sleep well at times.

Location: the hotel was near to Railway station and the restaurant attached in the bar and a good pub or shopping site. Found a place called R&b Restaurant, set close to the property, ate there a few times.

A Good Stay with Perfect Service!
The room was cozy and peaceful, with fresh towels and bottled water. The pub downstairs became my favorite hangout for great food and lively atmosphere. Make sure to explore the nearby pubs too!

The proprietor and staff were so very nice and helpful and friendly. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and overlooked the main street in Killarney. Great location and good food in their bar/restaurant. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends as a good place to stay.
Parking was a little difficult due to the location.

A well run family hotel with very helpful & polite staff. The accommodation was ofa good sie & very clean, with room cleaning & towel changes every day. The food in the lounge bar is excellent with the slightly spartan breakfast (compared with a nearby hotel in which we stayed on an earlier visit) the only minor negative point. We would definitely return.

This hoel has a relaxing family and homely feeling. On arrival we got a great room with a nice view. I had dinner in the bar that evening, very good food, excellent service and good value. The breakfast was made to order so you were gauranteed good quality and fresh produce. There was a good variety and choice of breads and cereals, and very nice pastries to finnish. I will definately stay here again.

It is situated in the heart of the town which makes staying there very convenient location wise
It was way too expensive in this day and age to have to spend eu100 for one night sleep and no breakfast included is excessive to say the least in a time that we chose to holiday in ireland, this is poor return on our committment to supporting irish business and we will not be staying there again nor recommending it to friends should the prices continue to be excessive

The breakfast was quick and tasty, and the room was well-equipped with a nice USB plug when I asked for one. I enjoyed lounging in the cozy common area and taking a stroll around the beautiful gardens. Just a heads up, I wish there had been a kettle in the room for some late-night tea ☕️
